Disney to Headline WBEC-West’s Panel Discussion in Anaheim
April 27th event to focus on “Business Through Supplier Diversity”
Anaheim, Calif. – April 26, 2010 – The Women’s Business Enterprise Council West (WBEC-West), a regional partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, will host a panel discussion sponsored by the Walt Disney Company on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 in Anaheim, Calif. The 2-hour event, staged at Team Disney Anaheim Auditorium, will begin at 1pm.
The theme of the panel discussion is: “How to do Business Through Supplier Diversity.”
Topics include:
Panel speakers include Shannon Fink from The Walt Disney Company, as well as Robin Billups from US Bank and Ken Ashford from The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
“WBEC-West is excited to provide this opportunity for certified women business owners to learn firsthand the value of their certification and how to utilize their certification to grow and enhance their business through collaborating with supplier diversity professionals,” said Pamela Williamson, the Executive Director of WBEC-West. “There are so many opportunities for Women Business owners and certification is one tool to assist them.”
